2. Placing an Order

After selecting the product(s) you’d like, you’ll proceed through our checkout, where you will need to provide your contact, delivery, and billing information. Please carefully check all details (e.g., products, sizes, delivery address) before completing your order.

2.2 Acceptance of your order: Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your product(s) via email. This email will include your order number, which you should reference when contacting us about your order.

3. Our Rights to Cancel Your Order

3.3 Suspension of product supply: We may suspend product supply to:

4. Our Products

4.1 What we provide: We offer print-on-demand clothing and accessories.

4.2 Descriptions: The images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We do our best to ensure that colors are accurately displayed, but we cannot guarantee that the display on your device exactly matches the product’s colors.


5. Delivery

5.3 Additional charges: Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applicable to your order are your responsibility and are not included in the delivery cost.

5.5 Delays outside of our control: If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, logistics, weather), we will notify you as soon as possible. If a significant delay occurs, you can cancel the order and receive a refund for undelivered products.

5.6 If you are unavailable: If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a notification and instructions on how to reschedule or collect the package.


6. Your Rights to End the Contract

6.1 You can always end your contract: Your rights will depend on the situation. We are legally required to supply products that conform to this contract.

6.3 If you want to end the contract: You may cancel the contract and receive a refund if:

  • We inform you of changes to the product or terms that you disagree with.
  • There is an error in the price or product description, and you no longer wish to proceed.
  • Supply of the products is significantly delayed due to reasons outside our control.
  • We suspend supply for more than four weeks.

6.4 If you change your mind: You have 30 days (unless otherwise stated) to change your mind and request a refund. Products must be returned in their original condition, and the cost of return is your responsibility.


7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 How to end the contract: If you wish to cancel the contract, please contact us through our support form at proudnations.com/contact with your name, delivery address, order number, and email address.

7.2 How and when we will refund you: We will refund you via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s). Discounts applied to the order will reduce the amount refunded.


8. Price and Payment

8.1 Price accuracy: We work to ensure product prices are accurate but may adjust VAT if applicable. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel and refund your order.

8.2 Payment methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay. You will only be charged once the product is dispatched.


9. Our Liability

9.1 Liability: We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract. We do not accept liability for business losses or misuse of products.
