Proud Nations Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed as errors on our part will be covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue with any products or your order, please submit a problem report through Proud Nations customer support.

Return Address
By default, the return address is set to Proud Nations' partnered fulfillment facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If you choose to use a return address other than our partner’s facility, you will be liable for any returned shipments.

Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipping the order to yourself or your customer.

Special Items (Sealed Goods)
Proud Nations does not accept returns of sealed goods such as face masks due, underwear, socks and similar items due to hygiene reasons. Any returned orders containing these items will be disposed of, and no reshipment will be available.

Returned by Customer
If your customers wish to return a product, it’s recommended that they contact Proud Nations customer support before initiating a return. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns and size exchanges are offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges, you will need to place a new order at your expense.

Brazilian Customers
Customers residing in Brazil who wish to return an item must contact Proud Nations Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product, providing a picture of the item. The request will be reviewed, and if the product shows signs of use or damage, a refund will not be issued.

EU Customers
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Proud Nations reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion in compliance with these regulations.

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
